By creating an account or using FIXT, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
FIXT is a platform operated by FIXD Technologies Ltd (Company No. 17168892), registered in England and Wales. FIXT connects homeowners, landlords, and businesses ("Customers") with independent tradespeople ("Pros"). FIXT acts as an intermediary marketplace only and is not a party to the contract between Customers and Pros.
Bookings: When you book a service, you enter into a contract directly with the Pro. FIXT facilitates the booking but is not responsible for the quality or completion of work.
Payments: All payments are processed via Stripe. Funds are held until the job is marked complete. By confirming a booking you authorise FIXT to charge your payment method.
Cancellations: Cancellation terms are shown at the time of booking. Cancellations after a Pro has been dispatched may incur a fee.
Disputes: Contact hello@fixtapp.co.uk within 48 hours of job completion. We will mediate in good faith.
Eligibility: Pros must hold all relevant qualifications, certifications, and insurance (Gas Safe, NICEIC, public liability insurance of at least £1 million).
Vetting: All Pros must complete identity verification, DBS check, qualification verification, and our code of conduct.
Payments: Pros receive 80% of the job value. FIXT retains 20% as a platform fee. Payments transfer after job completion via Stripe Connect.
Standards: Minimum rating of 4.0 required. Ratings below 4.5 trigger a performance review. Ratings below 4.0 may result in suspension.
FIXT is a technology platform only. We are not responsible for the quality of work, damage caused during a job, or disputes between Customers and Pros. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIXT's total liability shall not exceed the value of the booking in question.

All FIXT content including the DOT mascot, branding, and software is owned by FIXD Technologies Ltd. You may not copy or reproduce any part without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FIXT after changes constitutes acceptance.
